Molonglo Stage 1

Molonglo Valley District was developed in stages, broadly starting in the south east quadrants and working in a clockwise through the four quadrants, with the stage name: Molonglo Stage 1 and Molonglo Stage 2, both south of the river, and to north of the river, Molonglo Stage 3.

Molonglo Stage 3 is broken up into Molonglo 3 East and West. The west section has become the suburb of Whitlam which is nearing completion. Molonglo 3 East is currently in planning.
