Road Authority or ACT Transport – The ACT Government agency responsible for ownership and maintenance of road and path infrastructure.

Road Authority is a term that is often used in the Key documents. On this website we have adopted the alias ACT Transport for the sections of government responsible for transport, and ACT Planning for planning functions.
